Beginning in January, members enjoy free non-specialty land and water exercise classes. Non-members pay $35 per month and may take unlimited non-specialty classes. A yearly participation waiver must be completed at the Member Service desk.
FREE land classes include Pilates, Active Older Adults, Land Aerobics, Spinning Basics, Stability Ball, Interval Training, Intermediate Conditioning, and Advanced Conditioning.
FREE water classes include Aquacise, Arthritic Aquacise, Cardio Aquacise, Deep Water Interval, and Water Walking/ Jogging.
